We built Carviq because we needed it
Dr. Trey Williams is a pediatric house calls physician in Charlotte, NC. He runs a growing direct primary care practice where every visit happens in the patient's home — no office, no waiting room, no waiting room magazines from 2019.
The tools available for mobile practices were either nonexistent or built for four walls. Scheduling software assumed you had a front desk. Clinical communication tools assumed you had a server closet. Nobody had thought about what it actually looks like to run a practice from a car.
So he built his own.
What started as a field tracker became something much bigger: a full AI-powered platform. A threaded clinical inbox with intelligent triage, conversation handoff, and task management. Pre-visit briefs automatically generated before every appointment. After-visit summaries written by AI. A patient timeline that gives AI full longitudinal context. Proactive nursing worklists. Push notifications. Live GPS tracking for the whole field team. Vaccine management. An operations dashboard that shows you exactly what's happening across your entire practice, in real time.
"Every feature in Carviq exists because we needed it for our own practice. We're not guessing what mobile healthcare needs — we live it every day."
Now available to other practices through Evolve Care Partners. If your team goes to the patient, Carviq was built for you.
The Problem
Mobile healthcare had no purpose-built software. Every tool assumed a four-walled clinic with a front desk.
The Build
A field tracker became a full platform: threaded inbox, AI triage, task management, conversation handoff, patient timeline, GPS, vaccines, and more.
The Proving Ground
Every feature runs in Peds MD first. Real patients. Real visits. Real feedback — before it ships to anyone else.
Now Available
Carviq is live on the App Store and available to mobile practices through Evolve Care Partners.
